KILGORE, Texas (KETK)– The Kilgore Police Department is asking for help from the public after a man driving a white SUV hit a male riding a bicycle on the 2600 block of Stone Rd and fled the scene. The incident took place at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 22.
