Texas Fish & Chips to support WFISD bands’ London trip

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — The Wichita Falls ISD Legacy and Memorial high school bands have been invited to perform in the prestigious London New Year’s Day Parade, representing the city on an international stage.

This opportunity will allow the talented young WFISD musicians to showcase their skills and community spirit to a global audience.

The Texas Fish & Chips fundraiser will be held next month to support the bands’ trip to London. It will be held on Friday, November 7, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Garnett Field at Memorial Stadium.

The community is encouraged to participate in the fundraiser to help make the trip possible for the students. To do so, scan the flyer’s QR code or visit this link to pre-purchase tickets to the fish fry.
