DALLAS (KDAF) — United Way of Tarrant County (UWTC) has announced its 2025–2026 Board of Directors, welcoming six new members to advance its mission of improving lives throughout Tarrant County.
The newly elected board members include Caleb Clark from Deloitte Services, Jeanelle Davis from the Rainwater Charitable Foundation, Andrea Glispie from Charles Schwab Bank, Chuck Noteboom from Noteboom Law Firm, Jordan R. Stimpson from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, and Carly Tatum from Dell Technologies. These individuals bring diverse expertise from various sectors, enhancing UWTC’s ability to strengthen partnerships and expand its impact.

Caleb Clark, a senior manager at Deloitte Services, brings experience in financial services and investment management to the board. His expertise includes business combinations, acquisitions, and complex revenue recognition matters.
Jeanelle Davis, serving as a senior principal at the Rainwater Charitable Foundation, leads strategic initiatives aimed at community strengthening. Her background includes roles in public affairs and diplomacy.
Andrea Glispie, from Charles Schwab Bank, oversees community development and philanthropic initiatives. She has over 20 years of experience in organizing, advocacy, and community engagement.
Chuck Noteboom, founder of Noteboom Law Firm, is recognized for his work in personal injury law and has earned national recognition for significant jury verdicts in Tarrant County.
Jordan R. Stimpson, a partner at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, specializes in property tax collections and litigation, with a strong background in legal and community leadership.
