LUFKIN, Texas (KETK) – The Lufkin Fire Department responded to a house fire on Paul Avenue on Tuesday morning.

According to the department, firefighters were called out to a house fire in the 900 block of Paul Avenue at around 7:48 a.m. They arrived on scene at around 7:51 a.m. and they were able to get the fire under control by 7:55 a.m., just under five minutes after arriving on scene.

Officials are currently investigating the cause of the fire, and the Lufkin Fire Department said no one was injured.
