Caché lounge adds New Orleans charm to Dallas’ McKinney Ave
DALLAS (KDAF) — Bellomy Hospitality Group is set to open Caché, a New Orleans and French-inspired cocktail lounge, on Friday, August 29 at 2701 McKinney Ave, above S&D Oyster Company.
Caché offers a cozy, elevated space for guests to enjoy artisanal cocktails, fine wine, and New Orleans-inspired small plates, while honoring the storied legacy of S&D Oyster Company.
“With Caché, we wanted to honor S&D’s legacy while creating something completely new—a warm, inviting lounge where guests can enjoy world-class cocktails and small plates in an elevated, intimate setting,” said Ryan Bellomy.
Designed by Jones Baker, Caché channels the spirit of New Orleans with the elegance of French-inspired luxury. The lounge features vaulted ceilings, original red brick, and plank wood paneling under a deep green palette with brass accents and a pop of red.
The cocktail program at Caché is curated by Shane Scully, who traveled to New Orleans to immerse himself in the city’s historic and contemporary cocktail culture. Signature cocktails include the Oyster Co. Martini and American Graffiti, among others.
Caché’s wine program is curated by Advanced Sommelier Jesse Rodriguez, featuring 18 thoughtfully selected wines by the glass and bottle, highlighting sparkling wines, crisp whites, rosés, and bold reds from distinguished regions.
The lounge offers a selection of refined New Orleans-inspired small plates, including caviar service, deviled eggs, black-eyed pea hummus, steak tartare, and a charcuterie and cheese board.
Caché opens its doors on August 29, offering a unique blend of New Orleans and French-inspired cocktails and cuisine, providing a new destination for Dallas locals and visitors alike.
