Wichita Falls swings into nostalgia with Old-Fashioned Barn Dance
WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Gather up your friends and family and dust off your dancing shoes – Square Dance Wichita Falls is bringing back a long-time tradition of the Old Fashioned Barn Dance.
On Saturday, August 30, everyone is invited to dance the dances of long ago, such as the Virginia Reel, Oh, Susanna, the Texas Star and more from dance instructor Jeff Holley.
The dance will be from 7 until 9:30 p.m. at Square Dance Land Dance Hall, located at 812 Travis St. Entry is $10 at the door, with an immediate family, same household maximum of $30.
This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free event. All ages are welcome.
