River Bend Nature Center hosts back-to-school celebration
WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — With the school year on the horizon, students are getting the chance to be with nature before hitting the books.
River Bend Nature Center is hosting Ready. Set. School! on August 12 from 9 am to 5 pm. Kids aged 17 and under get in for free.
Kids will get to enjoy hands-on activities and crafts, live animal experiences and free popcorn and Popsicles.
This is the perfect time to unwind, enjoy nature and celebrate before summer is over.
