10-year-old DeKalb ISD student dies from injuries sustained in car accident
DEKALB, Texas (KETK) — DeKalb ISD announced on Monday that Ethan Hudson, a 4th grader, has died due to injuries he sustained during a car accident.
“Ethan was a bright light on our campus — full of energy, kindness, and a smile that could brighten any room,” the district said. “He brought joy to those around him and will be deeply missed by his classmates, teachers, and the entire DeKalb ISD family.”
The district asks the public to continue lifting his family in their thoughts and prayers.
