Smith County bridge reopens after year-long closure from rain damage

SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KETK) — After a year of being closed due to heavy rains, the bridge on Smith County Road 452 at Mill Creek reopened on Wednesday.

County Road 452, also known as Old Shreveport Road, was closed because of a washout that occurred in June 2024.
