Cinderella Pet Rescue: Polite pooch or playful kitten? You decide!

Cinderella Pet Rescue has a big variety of pets available for loving people looking for a four-legged friend. This week we are pleased to feature Nimbus, a well-mannered 3-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Eden, a young female tabby kitten, just starting out in life.
Nimbus is not only handsome, he’s well known at Cinderella’s shelter for being a calm dog who’s friendly with humans and dogs of any size. He makes friends easily because he takes his time and doesn’t overwhelm anyone he meets. It seems like he knows that he’s a good boy and he assumes that everyone else knows it too — he has nothing to prove.
He’s a happy dog who loves to play, but he’s also content to hang out and enjoy spending time with his friends, no matter who they are. He enjoys water and will eagerly jump into his doggy pool on hot days and enjoy cooling off and having a bath at the same time.
Nimbus is a real sweetheart that anyone would be proud to have as their best friend. He’s sleek and very petable and when he looks at you with his chocolate brown eyes, you feel like he only has eyes for you.
Weighing in at about 45 pounds, he’s an athletic, well-muscled dog who would love to accompany you on long walks, car rides, or any other adventure you can dream up. He’s very healthy and has already been neutered, plus he’s up-to-date on his shots.
This week’s pick in the category of “Fabulous Felines” is Eden, one of four young kittens available for “pre-adoption” pending their upcoming spay or neuter surgeries.
The other three are siblings, and super-cute, but Eden is the only one from her family.

Although Nimbus and Eden are our pets of the week, any of the dogs or cats at our shelter could be your pet of a lifetime. Most of them have not had easy starts in life and are eager to find forever homes with a loving person or family where they can prove just how special they are.

Tip of the week: Make sure that your pets always have plenty of clean, fresh, drinking water available during these torrid summer days. This is a necessity for all dogs and cats, but if your dog or cat spends a lot of time outside, plenty of shade and drinking water is crucial.
