
North Texas gears up for Walk to Cure Arthritis at Grandscape
THE COLONY (KDAF) — The Arthritis Foundation will host its annual Walk to Cure Arthritis – North Texas on April 26 at Grandscape in The Colony. This family-friendly event brings together community members, patients, healthcare providers, and supporters in a powerful show of unity and determination to conquer arthritis, the nation’s #1 cause of disability.
Starting at 8 a.m., enjoy the site and activities before the program begins at 9 a.m., followed by walk kick-off at 9:30 a.m. Plus, don’t miss live music featuring local favorite, Rawk!Train.
This year’s event will be emceed by Meg Maley, former contestant on CBS’s Big Brother 17 and current casting producer for hit shows like Peacock’s
Participants can register as individuals or form a team with friends, family, or coworkers. Funds raised support the Arthritis Foundation’s mission to conquer arthritis through scientific research, advocacy, and programs that improve the lives of the more than 54 million Americans—including 1 in 4 Texans—living with arthritis.
