The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America — the nation’s largest HUD-certified nonprofit homeownership and advocacy organization —  is bringing its Achieve the Dream homeownership event to Dallas April 25–27, from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. each day to Freeway Hall at Dallas Market Hal.

This is a free, three-day event providing access to NACA’s Best in America Mortgage, featuring:
• No down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance
• Below-market fixed interest rates (Today’s 30-year fixed rate is 5.75 percent)
• No consideration of credit score

“At a time when many Texans are priced out of the housing market, this event delivers real hope, especially for low-to-moderate income families, communities of color and Section 8 voucher holders, who can now use their vouchers toward mortgage payments and begin building generational wealth,” organizers said.
