Two Wichita Co. women charged in connection with TX lottery scheme

Brandy Hays and Madelyn Santiago are charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, as a Sunoco convenience store filed the crime in February. Hays was arrested and released on Wednesday, March 19, on a $150,000 bond, while Santiago was arrested on Tuesday and still in jail on a $150,000 bond.
