David struggled with his own weight issues until July 2016 when at age 61 his doctor told him to either lose weight or find a new doctor. About David Medansky

At age 61, David was obese and told by his doctor that he had a 95% chance of having a fatal heart attack. The doctor gave David two options: lose weight or find a new doctor. And he strongly encouraged David to find a new doctor because he had been after him for 8 years to lose weight. Even when David did lose weight on a diet, he was unable to keep it off.
